I have used Quality for various services in the past. I have been trying to get my fireplaces serviced for the past 2 years and they have one individual Jonathan who apparently takes care of this. Last year never came to fruition, I have left him numerous messages over the past 3 weeks. The manager who answered the phone today was able to physically get him on the phone with me but he totally did not acknowledge the fact that I have been trying to reach him. He said he did not receive my messages - I have left him messages on his work line and his cell phone provided to me - A simple I'm so sorry that I have not been able to return your phone calls- how can I help you would have been perfect. Total disregard for the 6 messages I have left him doesn't work for me. I will find another company not only for my fireplaces but for the many other services I have hired them for - I flip houses. They should really not judge a girl by her cover.....
