Nigel Sealy is a fantastic person and a skilled personal trainer. I have worked out with him for over 6 years. He focuses on my goals and keeps me motivated. I started off years ago already fit but Nigel has brought my fitness beyond what I thought was possible. He will correct my form and vary the workouts to work my whole self- body and soul. As he says- body by Tamara, sculpted by Nigel :). I cannot say enough good things about Nigel. He is a ray of sunshine in my weekly routine along with the best workouts ever. Thank you NIgel!
