Wish I could give 0 stars ! Sent a package from one fed ex location to another to be held for pick up by customer . Address label was created by them and was Correct! What could be easier? They delivered my son's package to a random address in NYC and have no idea why! They won't give me the address or the name of the party who signed for it because it's not my business! The item shipped was a VERY expensive electronic device. GONE! 5 days later they have not even contacted me to tell me the results of their "investigation" . This package was shipped "overnight" and was quite costly . Find another method of delivering your packages if you want them to arrive to the intended address and party .

The staff were amicable and helpful; retrieved my held package in minutes with no wait.
